"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! "The room was clean and suitable for a week stay in Hakuba. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the Hotel was well located to enjoy the amenities in Echoland. The shuttle services to all the ski resorts are nearby which made it easy for my first time skiing in Hakuba. "
