"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The accommodation was very comfortable, and everything was great overall. I would just like to suggest a few small additions that could make the experience even easier and more enjoyable for future guests. A small mat in the kitchen area would be useful, as well as a fan in the bedroom with the single bed, as this room can get quite warm. "We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ...

"Very good location, close to town. Apartment was very small but had all the basics needed for a short stay. Owner was very friendly. The linens were quite old and threadbare and would be a minor update to make the place more appealing."
