Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Worst Hotel Ever

After getting confirmed booking mail, upon reaching the hotel, they denied receiving any mail and said property is sold out. After arguements with them, they arranged one room which was being used by staff. As it was around 1 AM, so managed somehow and left hotel next morning
Stayed 1 night in Dec 2023
