In town for a couple days of fun and relaxation with my wife location is perfect short distance to music venues.. museums..fantastic dining and so much more..room was very clean and one of the most comfortable beds ive ever slept on at a hotel .. the entire building is done with charm and taste

The room was clean, modern, and cozy. The roof top patio was great. The parking in the alley is tight if you have a larger vehicle but do-able. overall great stay!

Room was big and luxurious with a sample of chocolates. Bathroom was very trendy and clean, loved the styling. This is a very nice boutique hotel that we reserved late in the day in the Union Hill area of KC. Trendy area and dining nearby. Parking is a bit tight for a larger SUV but it is very convenient to the front entrance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend or stay again. We stayed on the top floor with rooftop access and views of the city. A bit too cold to enjoy the outdoor seating and decor this weekend.

Great weekend experience

Love the location of this unique hotel nestled in Union Hill. We enjoyed the walkable distance to restaurants and bars. This boutique hotel is very clean and has great STYLE. Our room was spacious, quiet and the bed was ultra comfortable.

Beautiful location. Very clean with really nice staff. However, I would definitely recommend keeping your side gate, locked at all times because it was open and did not need a code to access the inner courtyard.

This place is a gem!

We very much enjoyed this property. Very unique hotel with a great outdoor space on the rooftop. Parking in the alley is limited but street parking is ample and we had not issues. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the email that had check-in instructions. Highly recommend and will be back!

Amazing hotel. The bed was the most comfortable bed i have slept in. I didnt want to get up! And the coffee espresso was delish!. The literal only negative was the parking. In addition to, there is a coffee shop across the street which has a nice breakfast selection. And the owners where great sending me text information and welcome.

Lovely find!

This place was super nice! Quiet neighborhood and a nice spot to snag for our Starlight Theater concert which was about 15 minutes away. There’s a coffee shop across the street that’s convenient, along with a restaurant across the street (Union on the Hill) that had a GREAT happy hour. The bed in this hotel was beyond amazing. We’ll be staying here again! Perfect experience.

Loved this romantic and unique boutique hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable and from inside our room we never heard another guest. Cool vibes throughout with the paintings, espresso in the morning and champagne set out at night. We enjoyed the rooftop patio with ample seating and space. Parking lot has about 4 spaces and is tight, but there is plenty of parking on the street. Located close to everything in a safe area. Will stay here again the next time we’re in Kansas City or try and stay in one of their sister hotels! 10/10 stay

this property is stunning; the decor was mid-century modern, sleek and very intentional. the bed was so soft, comfy and supportive. the bathroom was spacious and also the room as well. i loved everything about this boutique hotel experience. a coffee shop is right across the street serving up delicious coffee/matcha and bites. i would exclusively stay here anytime I am in KC!

First and foremost the amount of space in my room was phenomenal. I was able to do yoga…literally if I wanted to. The bed is so comfortable like soon as I laid down I was sleep. The heater in the bathroom is an extra luxury. The included snack bar with prices is a much appreciated touch. The complimentary a water made my soul so happy. The bathroom is amazing and the shower extraordinary. I was amazed at all the lightening and full size mirror. The makeup towel and vanity with additional mirror was a plus too. Not to mention the steamer instead of an iron and robes…I could go on and on BUT if you have any reservations about staying here please DON’T!! Book your stay and enjoy it!!! I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.

The room was spacious, beautiful and amazing! This is a self serve hotel. I didn't know that when i booked. There is no reception they give you codes for entry. Process was pretty seamless. If i called they responded immediately! One small critique. The lighting in the bathroom is horrible for hair and makeup! Maybe invest in some small desk mirrors with lighting or the ones with the arm that attach to the wall that has built-in lights. Other than that i would absolutely stay here again and again!

My goodness, I don’t know where to start with this review. We fell in love with this place! It’s tucked away with a private parking area and within walking distance to several restaurants. Across the street is a delightful coffee shop with tasty pastries, and several bars with excellent happy hour specials. No matter your budget, there’s a place close by to eat and have a drink. The decor was my favorite. It has such a chic feel. Downstairs there’s a coffee station with plants, gorgeous lighting, fascinating coffee table books (that I wanted to read/steal for myself!). It felt like I stumbled unto a corner in the Chateau Marmont. Our room was clean & gorgeous. Every detail of that place was designed by someone with quite an eye! Upstairs is a private patio area with above planters and stylish furniture. Hello sage macrame umbrellas! Those were gorgeous! The owners were delightful, friendly & helpful. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back!
