Conveniently located to Convention Center. Used the coffee bar in the morning, liked that it included hot water and tea bags. Could not get the TV to turn on or change channels with the remote-needs new batteries? Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

There is nothing fancy about this hotel which is what I was looking for. Small gym, nice laundry room if needed and kitchenette. For what I wanted it was excellent.

Kitchen not equipped. Battery very low on tv. Blinds on windows, but no curtains. So lights from outside kept room lit up. Only muffins and snack bars for breakfast. The staff was friendly and if we asked for something they got for us. Of course we had to go after it.

The room was clean. The layout picture for the room wasn't accurate. No sofa, and no separate room for the kitchenette. The cooking articles weren't available as advertised. No coffeemaker or toaster available as advertised. The TV was internet based, but our wifi was so poor that the TV paused and glitched every few seconds. Several plumbing fixtures were broken. We will not be staying with this company ever again.

Overall, everything was great. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and it was relaxing. There were just a few things we didn’t like. Some surfaces were a little sticky, and there was a weird smell in the room.

Best hotel of my staying of 2024

Since I arrived there, the front desk has been friendly (since my arrival until my check out), when I asked questions they answered and made suggestions( I wanted to eat something and they recommended Whataburger) or activities, and when I needed something they provided. I would go again when I go to Kansas City

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and free wifi worked well. Room and hallways were dirty and smelled- stained walls, stained carpet, very outdated. There were people just sitting outside loitering that just seemed odd.

Not a great stay

Our toilet broke in the middle of the night and flooded the bathroom, the air conditioner made loud noises through the night and our bathroom light was blinking. They are pet friendly, so that is a plus and front desk staff was helpful.

Great location. Nice staff. My room was in bad shape. Rust on stove, cooking hood and bathroom. The kitchen counter was coming loose from the wall. Made noises Every time walking. Lampshades had holes and all broken up.
