"We think there was bed bug in one of the rooms we sprayed both room, switched from room 122 to room 107 because it was a handicap room. My wife got bitten by something and bathroom towels where dingy. Need to clean towels better and rooms. "

"Common area needs updating. Room was great. Breakfast put away by 905 AM which was ok but staff not willing to be more accommodating re this. He was on a personal call the whole time we were in common area having coffee. Tables were all dirty . Could have been cleaned as we had to sit at a dirty table . Just needs a little better customer service or accommodation. I would stay again. "
