The pillows were way too thick and big! I sleep on a smaller, narrower pillow. These big ones gave me a stiff neck. Maybe offer smaller pillows? Have one in the closet for availability? The staff at the front desk were nice and welcoming.

Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City
Went in the winter time and pool could have been warmer. Not many guests so quick service at restaurant and bar. Property and grounds were beautiful. Looks like a really fun summertime hotel when outdoor pool is open
