"Everything was GREAT EXCEPT THE ELEVATORS. ALWAYS A LONG WAIT ABD WE WERE ON THE TOP CONCIERGE FLOOR. IT WAS VERY PAINFUL. We would not stay there again for this reason. Concierge offering and gentleman in charge 5-7 Pm was WONDERFUL!"
