"The spa was lovely and very reasonably priced, had the wellness massage and Egyptian foot, wellness was more intense than expected and the foot massage was perfect… room was great tv didn’t work in the living room but we didn’t need it as there was one in the bedroom… property more suited for only sunshine as it rained when we were there there was not much of a covered area to relax in only the reception bar and our room everything else the rain got you … slippery floors on entry to dining hall and they had towels down .. but some non slip mats would have been much better… lots of food choices and good quality drinks… would highly recommend the place 😍"

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the food was excellent with plenty of choice; we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. A special mention must go to Vera on reception. During our stay, I wasn’t feeling well, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after and comfortable. Her care and attention made a real difference, and it’s something we’ll always remember. Overall, we loved everything about the hotel and had a wonderful stay. With just a little more focus on creating a poolside atmosphere, it would be absolutely perfect."

"BMS was broken and the light went out sometimes. Otherwise great experience, staff very friendly (including the BMS repair), good location close to the sea and shops"

"The hotel has just been renovated. Absolutely brand new! Three swimming pools on site. A varied menu. Trained and polite staff. We were very pleased. We had a wonderful time!"

"The hotel had construction of a new hotel next door. No mention of this was on the listing on the website at time of booking. The construction has been going the whole of 2025. On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. However the bath was damaged with pealing paint that had been badly over painted. The construction noise could be heard all over the hotel including by the pool and in the dining area. Complaining to the hotel and to hotels.com. The hotel stated as the booking was non refundable they would not do refund me or help me move to another hotel on the island that was part of the chain. I continued to dispute this as they had lied to me at the time of booking not stating there was construction ongoing that would cause significant noise during my 2 week stay. I would never have booked the hotel as there were many other hotels to pick for the same price. After three days of complaining. I was moved to a third room that was slightly quieter. Eventually they agreed to allow me to move to another hotel in the chain for the second week. As an apology I was given all inclusive at the hotel for the first week. I would not recommend staying at the hotel. The corridors have very worn carpet. The rooms have been refreshed but the hotel has very poor sound proofing so you hear a lot of noise from other rooms"
