"We really enjoyed our stay at Allegria. It is very peaceful, romantic and picturesque. The staff are so friendly and made our stay that much more enjoyable, the breakfast was always amazing but I have to give a special shout out to the locally picked plums. The rooms were perfect, completely spotless and a gorgeous view. "We did not have any proper customer servive at all. There was a reception but it was just there as a part of the hotel decoration. There wasn't any receptionist or any kind of phone to reach out anybody. We didn't have any shampoo or bar of soap in our bathroom, our tv didn't work and room was dirty. There was a mini refrigerator but we werent allowed bring any food or drink from outside. Also they werent animal friendly.It would have been very good experience but unprofessionalism and cheapest...
