The security of the hotel is at a good level, but I do not recommend staying on the garden floor. The rooms of my friends who stayed on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the main building were better. I leave the towels on the floor to be changed, but when I return, I find them picked up and hung back instead. The open buffet is rich, but from the 2nd day of my stay until the 10th day, I kept having stomach issues, and I couldn’t figure out why. In general, the people are nice, and the staff is respectful. I can’t say it’s a price-performance hotel because, for the same price, I can stay in better places in the city center.

Amazing service for 1+ month stay!!

My stay was extended unexpectadely for more than a month, but the hotel staff and management made it really a comfortable stay for me. They immediately upgraded by stay to the Executive floor that included an amazing all-day executive lounge. Staff of all departments from front desk to cleaners, to the security and restaurant staff gave me amazing serivce, repect and company. They were all very accomodating of my demands, I specifically want to give a shout to Adeel in front desk, Irfan in the restaurant, Jibran and Kashan in executive lounge and lastly but not the least very hardworker Umer on Pool side BBQ and his manager Mr Samson who never said no to my late night dining demands!! Indeed it was a very memorable stay and anytime i would be in Karachi city, it will be my stay!!

Unfortunately, I chose to stay here due to proximity to the airport, however nothing changes. 1) shuttle service decides to wait for other passengers on other flights even though the hotel is 5 min drive away. 2) check in takes an age, its a very busy airport hotel and usually rhey have trainees on the desk who are not proficient and have to wait for a senior. Same as last 2 stays last year. 3) hotel doesnt do pre auth, you must prepay the whole stay which is annoying as it means I have multiple invoices ans receipts (dinners, transport etc) which I usually pay once on check out attracting only 1 card charge. 4) 'Exec room' on 3rd floor was very small, no ironing facilities, duvet was stained and phone not working. I reported to reception who did clean the duvet but phone still not working. 6) wifi in the room very patchy, same as my last stays unfortunately. Otherwise, staff is generally pleasant.

Extremely unsatisfactory room, rude staff and non cooperative management. Booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. Hotel asked for additional money never checked in and property refuses to refund any amount even though they could have easily refunded one night since booking was for two nights. Not recommended.

I chose this property because it’s conveniently located near the airport. The latte I ordered was unfortunately terrible, and the spa was quite expensive. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that. However, the customer service was excellent, and the room was in great condition. They offer forex services with a better exchange rate compared to nearby options.
