"Rude staff. We booked a 'superior' room amd a 'standard' room. Both were identical and the hotel told us they do not sell 'superior' rooms, such rooms do not exist. The rooms were dirty and arank of smoke with broken furniture and stained carpets. The hotel seemed abandoned with much of the in cimplete darkness"

"Marassa Konağı çok özenilerek açılmış, son derece temiz ve bakımlı bir otel. Kahvaltısı oldukça kapsamlı. Ancak otelde akşam yemeği olduğu söylendiğinde farklı şeyler hayal etmiştik, oysa menüdekilerin çoğu mevcut değildi. Çalışanlar çok iyi niyetli, ancak biraz daha profesyonel olmaya ihtiyaçları var. Genel olarak memnun kaldık."
