"Staff was extremely helpful and very kind looking after all of our needs . Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good and we were able to enjoy local restaurants and surrounding beaches and attractions. "

"So welcoming when we arrived at Puri Bagus and this continued throughout our stay. We enjoyed our room/bungalow so spacious and I enjoy an outdoor bathroom I find this space quite tranquil. There is a pathway presently being constructed and future walks along the ocean pathway will be a highlight. "

"What a beautiful little boutique hotel. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and friendly, even though they didn’t know very much English, we were able to communicate quite well. My only issue was there was a smell coming out of drain in the shower. But I don’t think that had anything to do with the hotels cleanliness just the sewer system in the area. I learned that everyone in this area knows everyone! So if you need anything, just ask them and they will find a way to make it happen! I...

"Santai is a beautiful place to stay while in Amed. The staff is super friendly and kind, they really add to the experience. The pool was so lovely, the units themselves too. The good was excellent at the hotel restaurant and we loved the access to the water. "

"The hotel is lovely: fresh, well designed, and a great pool. The food is very good. But the very best part was diving. Bastien, the dive master at the Emocean, is genuinely superb. Not only does he follow all the protocols of good, responsible diving, he is patient, charming and an exceptional instructor. Thanks to Bastien, my diving has leveled way up.
