"We were traveling as a family. Our experience was not good. Hotel location is great, walking distance to Ginza, subway, restaurants etc. Stuff is good. However, hotel is older than it looks on the photos. There was a smell coming from toilet to our room heavily from the first moment we checked in. Room furniture and bathroom amenities were dusty. Hotel is crowded : breakfast with queue, poor wifi in the room. Also noisy during the night as you hear cars from the streets. Last day, There was a fire alarm early morning and the announcement was only Japanese, all the tourists went to corridor with panic to understand if it is real or not. Minutes later, guests called and walked downstairs to the reception,then they did an English announcement which was really frustrating and frightening experience especially waking up with an alarm. We wont stay there again unfortunately "

"This hotel is super great located. Shimbashi station is right there with all the restaurants and bars and also you can walk to Ginza to all the nice shopping. Rooms are tiny. Me and my husband are chubby so we had to let one pass to move to a side of the room because the space is super limited. Keeps you organized !"

"This is far from a luxury hotel.I’m first of all when you show up, there was no one at the door because the hotel is on the 25th floor and there is a telephone to call upstairs if you need help, but it does not work. So if you need help with longer, you are on your own. Second of all, the rooms are tiny and tired. The people who work there are very polite if a little rigid, but overall very accommodating. We booked a room for two people which turned out to be so small that the queen size bed was shoved up against the wall, so one person would have to disturb the other to get out of bed and the closet had only enough space for two hangers. Front Desk initially refused to make the change until we contacted. Hotels.com and the manager stepped in and moved us to a slightly bigger room. He was very nice. The breakfast which we paid an additional $49 a day for was at very best mediocre. The setting was lovely with lovely views, but the food options that the buffet were not commensurate with other luxury hotels. I’ve stayed in Asia. Overall, a solid three star hotel."

The check-in staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. When they learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a complimentary gift, which made the experience feel even more special. The room offered a completely breathtaking view, and the daily breakfast was superb. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to walk wherever I needed to go. For my first trip to Japan, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second. I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed."
