"The hotel is well located with restaurants and beach right near. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant manager, Dimitros, gave us a best choice of the fish restaurants in Lagade, where we enjoyed a lot the local food. Rooms are outdated and should be renovated, but it didn't affect our great stay at this hotel. By my opinion, if you are going to Chios, it is the best option to stay due the beach and pool. The

was included . My only comment, it states there are laundry facilities. I took that to mean that there would be machines available for me to wash our laundry. What they mean is they will send out your to be cleaned and then brought back. The day we checked in the person who did the laundry was off. We ended up finding a laundry in Chios for 10 euros a load- very reasonable for wash, dry and fold. Not a complaint...
