"We didn’t like the receptionist who refused to change our room from an upstairs room to a downstairs one when the booking confirmation came through by phone. She told me ‘bad luck’ that’s what you booked! She told me to go back to my ‘third party’ where I booked it and get them to do it. On arrival we still had the upstairs room even though I tried to amend it (it wasn’t as easy as she told me it would be) but Danielle was delightful and moved it for us. "The Palms restaurant looked amazing even though we didn’t get to go. Next time though we will for sure. Great location close to Terrey Hills Tavern - great pub with good red wine! Bed was super comfy and the room was spacious. Microwave was available if requested. Late checkout was perfect "
