Would’ve been a superb resort when new, but the villa I booked was definitely behind in maintenance. I did enjoy my stay but it was heavily discounted. "We got the Vila with the view and pool. Nice place very big I mean very big. The Location is just right above Kata. Great views of KATA and just under the Big Buda . The unit we were in needs some more TLC. Just a little older but nice and clean the staff was great. We liked having the staff come and make us breakfast in our kitchen. They did great and my wife got a vacation from dealing with the kitchen. "

"This hotel sits on a hill and you have to walk down about a quarter of a mile at a 33° incline. If you are over 35 years old you should not attempt it. It’s a very terrible location and please make sure you tell people that it is such a steep walk, it’s almost unbelievable cab drivers won’t come up all the time"
