"I was very pleased with the hotel and its facilities. Just a 15 minute drive from Ottawa city centre and you get a large spacious room with free parking and free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a great selection. Would definitely stay again. "

The rooms are very well equipped with everything you need, and the beds are extremely comfortable - made it easy to relax after long days. The conference facilities were excellent, and the event staff were truly outstanding - professional, attentive, and well organized throughout. "We arrived at 6 PM and the room was not yet properly made up. We are three adults and all that was made up was the one king size bed we had been charged $60 for the three nights for an extra person. The front desk person told us it was Expedia’s fault, but then they brought in a maid to make up the rest of the room while we were in the room. The TV didn’t work.
