"Staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was a secure parking. The hotel is conveniently located, however, given the circumstances of the neighbourhood we didn't feel comfortable walking there at night. The rooms are not equipped with safes. The breakfast was very minimal."

"First of all this motel /hotel is not meant for travellers .
we come there and stay 2 days I could not sleep properly for 2 days .
1. The area are scary , lots of crack up head people ,drugs , etc.
2. People in the bar stay up whole night and it’s screaming , yelling , and it’s echo entire building .
3. The room was No telephone, the tv are very slow internet , the room was no floor rugs I have to buy my own rugs , every-time when I turn on the shower it clogged up in the tub it’s very annoying.
4. The bulb in the washroom is burn out
5. Inside the room is very old like 100 years old .
6. There is a bugs inside room .
7. I rather than pay extra more money to a nice hotel rather than midtown premium motel /hotel
8. Is not suitable for travellers seniors , and professional people , and a family .
Note : the only thing is nice is the receptionists being polite and nice .
Otherwise I will not recommend stay away from this hotel /motel .
