What a difficult review! What seems like should have been a 10 property had so many issues. We stayed 2 nights. The first night I woke up from some thumping along the wall at the floor. It lasted about 5 minutes. Stopped. Then started again a bit later. We were gone all day and when we went to bed to get woken up multiple times. You could hear gurgling coming through the floor, clanking in the walls, and air in the pipes. In the morning all you could hear was air in the pipes and low water pressure. The rooms were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. The room had a Nespresso but no capsules. The refrigerator had 2 sodas 2 beer and one soda water but no bottles of water-no opener. Our friends room had 2 bottles of water and one soda. There was a mix of glassware. At night half of the outdoor lighting around the property did not work. We used our phones to light the path to our room. The outdoor pool with our room was nice but was never cleaned of leaves and debris. Our room had plaster spots around it and on the front door. The property shares dining service with the Radisson Blue. The breakfast was amazing as well as the view from the patio. Clearly some maintenance issues to resolve. We had friends staying in another room in a different part of the property and they had water issues as well.

Lovely mini apartment and the private pool was such a treat! Had a small kitchenette however couldn’t use the hob provided (wasn’t allowed) the fridge came in very handy! Great food for room service. I would definitely go for a r pom with a view next time! Look forward to returning!

We had problem at the check in. They have problem accepting foreign credit cards. The room was disappointing. The floor looked like the construction is not yet finished with full of paint drops all around. The floors also looked like they were never wiped. It is a relatively new property but already needs a lot of maintenance. The sea view room literally looks at a garbage collection point with 4 big garbage bins with open lids all they (see photo). It is interest no one in the hotel is annoyed by this and do something to cover this ugly view and smell. The sheets and quilt were made of nylon and not comfortable at all. It gives a cheap feeling. The people at the reception were not friendly and far away from being professional. I will not come back to this place. Overall, expensive for what it is.

Rezervasyon yaptığımız zaman giriş saati olarak 14.00 dü. Fakat otele vardığımız da 15.00 olduğu söylendi. 14.30 a kadar bekledik oda hala hazır değildi. Eski şehre oldukça uzak, sıcakta yürüyerek gidilem

Otelden daha fazlasını bekliyorduk. Yatak rahattı, nispeten temizdi. Ama az havlu var, mutfak olmasına rağmen hiç çatal bıçak yok, tek bir kaşık bile yok. Manzara her odada yok, yarısı diğer villanın duvarına bakıyor. Kahvaltıda yer kalmadı, yemekler bitiyordu. Plaja çocuklarla girilemiyor - bu rezervasyon yaparken uyarısı yok. Daha fazla personele ihtiyaç var. Eski şehre oldukça uzak, sıcakta yürüyerek gidilemez. Yakında kafe yok, yemek yemek için araçla gitmek gerekiyor. Düşük sezonlarda burası belki daha iyidir.

Novva Otel

Novva Otel de bir hafta konakladık ve genel olarak iyi bir otel. Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve samimi her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Temizlik açısından da gayet iyi bir yer ilk girdiğimizde odamız tertemizdi ve her gün düzenli olarak temizlik yapıldı havuz bakımları günlük olarak yapılıyor. Otelle ilgili sadece üç adet sorun var. Otelin kendisine ait yakınında beach ı yok Mecvin Otelin beach i ortak kullanıyor buraya kadar sorun yok ancak o beach e iniş tam 303 basamaktan oluşuyor inerken 303 basamak iniyorsunuz çıkışta ise tekrar 303 basamak yukarı çıkıyorsunuz bu gerçekten büyük zorluk. İkincisi tüm odalar ev tipi olduğu için çamaşır makinası olsaydı çok güzel olurdu, uzun süre konaklayacak kişiler için büyük bir problem. Otelin çamaşır yıkama bölümü var fakat sadece tsort ü 6 Euro’ya yıkıyorlar. Üçüncü sorun ise restoran bölümünde hergün aynı yemeklerin çıkması. Menü çok kısıtlı çorba, salata, makarnalar,ana yemekler dahil 10 çeşit yemek var hergün aynı yemekleri yemek zorundasınız. Bunların haricinde sessiz sakin fiyat performans açısından iyi bir yer.

Kötü deneyim

Öncelikle dört günlük seyahatimiz için burayı seçme nedenlerimizden ilki olan pet friendly bir otel olmasıydı ancak iki köpeğimizle otele vardığımızda daha öncden belirtilmediği şekilde köpek başına gecelik 35 avro alınacağı söylendi ve rezervasyon iptalide olmadığı için gecelik 70 avrodan 4 gece için ekstra 280 avroluk bir süprizle tatilimize başladık.Üstelik bu ücretin karşılığında otelde köpekler için bir hizmet( Açık alanda su kabı vs)yoktu. Otelin odaları fena değildi temizlik açısından bir problem yoktu. Denize girilecek yer açısından da çok iyi diyemem lakin başka bir otelin yeri kullanılıyor. Bu önceden üstünkörü belirtilmiş ama mesela yüzden fazla basamak inilip çıkıldığı bahsedilmemiştir. Yemrklere gelince biz yarım pansyonluk opsyonu seçtik ve seçmez olaydık çünkü akşam yemekleri bu klasmandaki bi otel için çok ama çok yetersizdi ve vasattı. Fix menu şekşimde sunulan Aksam yemeğinde sadece 5 çeşit ana yemek ile 5 çeşit başlangıç mevcut ve bu pataya asla değmez. Sabah kahvaltısı ise açık büfe olup kullanılan ürünler ucuzdu. Otel için tek olumlu diyebileceğim şey orda çalışan güler yüzlü personel arkadaşların emeğidir. Sonuç olarak buraya gidecek müşterilere tavsiyem iyi araştırmalarıdır çünkü daha az ücrete daha iyi yemeklerin ve denize ulaşma seçeneklerinin olduğu yerlerin de olduğudur.

Sabah kahvaltisi acik bufe cesitliligi gayet yeterliydi. Bir aksam icin room service kullandik, hizli lezzetli ve sorunsuzdu. Yatak ve yastik konforu mukemmeldi. Yatak odasinda telefon pek cekmese de genel olarak internet erisiminde bir sorun yasamadik, wifi yeterliydi. Ulasimi aracsiz gelecekseniz biraz zorlayici olabilir yarimadada kaldigindan ama uc dort dakikalik araba yolculuguyla kas merkeze erisebiliyorsunuz. konumu sakinligi acisindan da sahaneydi merkez curcunasindan uzak bir tatil deneyimi yasatti. titiz bir insan icin odanin genel temizligi bes uzerinden uc olabilir ama seyahati zorlayacak bir temizlik problemi yasamadik. konaklamamiz boyunca housekeeping hizmeti her gun vardi. odada yer alan havuz size ozel, sakin ve konforlu bir tatil imkani sunuyor. havuz temizligi yeterliydi, gunluk kontroller yapildi. denize kiyisi olmadigi icin direkt plaj erisimi yok ancak shuttle ile cok yakin bir lokasyona ulasim imkani sunuyorlar, biz yararlanmadik. otele aracla 2-3 dk mesafede birkac plaj da bulunuyordu. yeni bir otel olmasi ve az yorum olmasi basta endise yaratmisti ancak memnun kalip cevremize onererek ayrildigimiz bir deneyim yasadik.
