Önce rezervasyonumun olmadığını sonra 1 kiii için olduğunu ve daha fazla üvret ödemem gerektiğini ilettiler. Otel yetkilisi sürekli sorgulamaları ile beni ve ailemi huzursuz etti. Sorunumu Hotels çözdü teşekkürler. Ama otelde gördüğümüz istenmeyen misafir muamelesi tadımızı kaçırdı.
