"酒店位置很好，就在山形站旁边。房间还可以，但比较小。停车场的位置和入口非常难找，我们绕了很大一圈才找到。另外，我把洗面奶落在酒店后曾与酒店沟通，但酒店不愿意帮忙寄出，也不愿意接受到付寄送，这点体验不好。"

Comfort Hotel Yamagata
"The staff who helped us with the check-in for not very friendly, but the other staff was nice. The room was very clean. The highlight was the complementary breakfast, which was unexpectedly good."
