Besides the very good location, the cleanliness and the unbeatable price (low season), the owner Sam is the main reason for our pleasent experience there. He always helped us alot with organizing all sort of things (airport pick-up, sights and restaurant recommendations...) and just made us feel welcome. The hotel is situated very close to Kata Beach with lots of restaurants and shops in the surrounding. However, it is quite far from Patong...

"Staff were amazing! Love the location. It’s away from the busy beach area,15mins to the beach. There are restaurants around and 711 not far. 3-5min walk. Safe to walk at night. Room were clean. "Nice big room, big bed, nice friendly staff with good house cleaning and the water in the pool was nice and clear plus there is a good view from the rooftop pool. It was a 20 minute walk to get to the beach and main road."
