"1.貴重品いれの金庫の鍵がないとわかっているのにr対応が悪い、「フロントに持ってきてください」ではあまりに不親切！鍵がないのが解かって長いと思う。 2.部屋の丹前がくたばり過ぎている。汚れが固まって襟の部分はのいていない。 3.風呂への踏み台のアプロ－チの勾配が高齢者には急すぎる。 4.ホテルの従業員に話したが「フロントに言ってください」と言うだけでその後の対応が何もない。 以上"
