"The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. "The hotel is new and very clean. A lot of activities to choose from however the water activities are not complimentary. The bikes are free and it’s a nice ride around the hotel compound. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They always ask for feedback from the clients. The buffet is great as well, wide spread of different cuisines, Movenpick resort is definitely a great place for families."
