They arranged all our trips with our guide, Gary, which was beyond belief. The personal service was impeccable. Made sure we were well fed and had our drink schedule down. Ensured we did everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend! Stay here and let them make your visit an absolute dream!"

"I enjoyed swimming in my private pool! The resort was amazing, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I felt pressure to tip everyone, which was overwhelming as there are a lot of people helping you. There is a collective tip box but it doesn't include tipping the drivers and front office staff. In future I would let everyone know I will tip them on the last day and avoid the stress of having tip money with me all the time. "

"Our home was spotless, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine came in handy, but no dryer (clothesline outside though). Beds were comfy, bathrooms excellent but one bathroom has just a tub, so we all had to share the shower in the other bathroom. Nicely decorated modern decor. The service/staff was EXCELLENT, super nice and helpful. Very secure with guards and a gated entrance (even though Vic Falls is incredibly safe). Was there 7 nights and it was like home away from home. Only issue was the wifi is spotty and tough to stream video, although that seemed to be an issue at many places like restaurants, etc. so maybe it's a Zimbabwe thing. "
