"I took the train and walked so no need for a parking spot. There were many spots available. Room was clean. Air conditioner worked but my stay was in October so I didn't use that either. Good deal, I will stay there whenever I need to be in Avenel."

We did not use the gym; however, the room itself was fine with a beautiful view of the water. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that there weren’t any snack machines or a mini mart on the premises. "

The beds weren’t very soft, but still comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. I really liked this place and would recommend it anytime. There are so many options along US 1 that i have stayed at but Express Inn definitely worth a stay. "
