"When you first walk in there is no one in the front desk. Staff in general was not seen during the day. Breakfast was cold , salty and not a good selection. Lets talk about the room the shower glass door on the bottom was crusty. The sink seemed to be clogged and the room area the phone, desk and light fixtures were dusty. There is no coffee maker available! The only thing that was nice parking and front area."

"My room was very clean and smelled good. Simplistic with nice decor. My bed was very comfortable. I have stayed at the Regency Inn every 4th of July weekend for the past 5 years. They are doing a great job renovating. The pool was not open and needs renovation. The grounds were a bit messy, and they can improve on that. Hopefully, the pool will be up and running for next July 2027. I plan to stay there again next year."

"I love small older family owned hotels and this was the best of the best. Wonderful staff and owner, nice room, great pool and it is on a hill looking down onto the riverfront where they have a bait, tackle and gift store with a restaurant inside for breakfast and lunch. We had breakfast there both days, it was very good with homemade biscuits. You can put your boat in right there, and several other restaurants in walking distance. We had a great stay and they have a full coffee pot in each...
