"The breakfast provided was amazing. Great food, fresh and plentiful. Staff helpful and carried our heavy bags upstairs. Our reservation was for a ground floor room but we ended up on 1st floor. Not a big deal since the strong man helped us with our bags. We were provided with one room key and it was somewhat inconvenient when me and my roommate wanted to do different things. Asking for 2 keys might be helpful if you think you will be going in different directions. The port and old town all within an easy walk from hotel. Location was excellent. The hotel is located on one of the busy streets into town but the rooms were quiet."

"Adriana offered the best customer service to us during our time staying there. She gave us great advice and recommendations on places to go to, restaurants beaches, bars and towns to visit. She’s a very nice, friendly person and is always contactable. The suites themselves look exactly how they are pictured online and are very modern, clean and spacious. If we ever come back to Naxos, we will book with them again."

"This property was like taking a step back in time. The reception staff was very nice. The location is amazing with a minute walk to the beach and a view of the beach. It’s not on the beach but is very close to it. It is also very close to town. The rooms are odd. Definitely not up to American standards. Think like an old Holiday Inn room. The linens are bad and the shower is so odd. One of our rooms had a completely open shower with no door. It had a partition with holes so water got everywhere. The bed was not comfortable at all. They use physical keys with a wall AC unit. The patio doors were broken on both of our rooms. It was just a very strange place. The location and staff were so nice that I feel bad about leaving a bad review. But I also want to help out my fellow travelers and be honest about it. This was an odd experience that ruined my Naxos stay. Go much higher end. You get what you pay for."
