"Person in the front desk used a sarcastic tone. We showed up early because we had a 5 am flight. Went to drop off luggage at 10 and was told to check back at noon. Came back at 1:30 and the same person told me that check in was at 3. She had just told me to keep checking. Was not helpful, told me they could not guarantee a 3 o’clock check. My hotels.com app said check out wat at 12. Staff was calling me to leave at 11:20am. I mentioned the info I had on my phone and she told me that the information was incorrect and I had to leave. It was embarrassing. Just found out I got charge for parking 140 dollars even though I went and told them I would not park my car at the garage. Got charged anyway after I was told I wouldn’t. Housekeeping never cleaned our room in the 4 days we where there. Went into our room once and only made the bed badly. Did not take out trash once and replaced water bottles. I travel 150 nights a year and it was one of the worse experiences of my traveling career."

"My wife and I have been here twice and totally enjoyed our selves both times . The staff was amazing . Very helpful and friendly . Didn't have to go far to enjoy all the good things around the entertainment areas and nice places to eat and shop if needed . Very comfortable room and bed . Good breakfast and great hot tub and pool area"

"We had a pleasant stay and the staff was helpful. We were able to check in early (for $25) and that worked well for us. One caution about using Expedia to book - the pictures/room descriptions on Expedia do not actually match the room types at the hotel. We specifically wanted the room that had a couch/chair sitting area showing in the picture and the booking said "Suite, 1 King Bed". The room we got at the hotel had the jacuzzi tub in the main room - not what we wanted. It also had a musty/mildew smell. They changed us the next day to the room we wanted, and it was perfect. Just something to be aware of when booking. Breakfast was good, location was handy to many things. Walls are a little thin, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. They are a pet friendly property, so you may hear some barking. Hot tub in the pool area was great - very warm and jets are strong. Workout room was small but met our needs for the weekend. Parking was good also."

"We happened on this quite by accident and loved it. Off the beaten path for sure but quiet and a perfect little getaway. Sleeps four but felt 2 is comfortable. Very simplistic but has everything you need. We will be back when we can spend more time."

"Clean, affordable, location was great! Breakfast was great, breakfast staff kind and helpful! It’s nothing fancy but better than a brown bag with a muffin and apple. Coffee was good! The only negative- I think our AC needed servicing but it still was cold and did the job! We will return (as long as prices are reasonable)."
