Items were not properly maintenanced, or fixed correctly, or even completed (dry wall putty over holes in wall, but not smoothed and painted; tub faucet not properly mounted, toilet paper holder broken, cigarette burns on furniture, even though it was a non smoking room.) However, room was roomy, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and tub was thabkfully very clean seemingly. Neighborhood was pretty noisy."
