"Everything we needed was in the room: fridge, bottled water, coffee machine, shower gel, box of tissues. We were very well looked after by all staff. An added bonus was that the hotel is in a quiet area, 20-minutes away from central Lucerne by bus, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, buses every 30 minutes and free with the visitor bus pass. Would definitely stay here whenever we're in Lucerne again."

"I really would struggle in seeing a poor review tied to anything other than an extraordinary circumstance or a challenge with the price.
