"Rooms are clean and quiet. Water pressure in the shower is great. Staff are friendly. I didn’t eat the breakfast because the hotel is situated wonderfully close to grocery, cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and anything else you might need. Being fewer than 100 steps away from Takadanobaba station makes this my favourite hotel to stay at in Tokyo."

"家族3人で宿泊しました。お部屋はロフト形式（ダブルベッド＋シングルベッド）で、決して広くはありませんが、今回は外出がメインの滞在だったため全く問題なく快適に過ごせました。大阪から車での移動だったため「駐車場あり」が必須条件でこちらのホテルを選んだのですが、大正解でした！駐車場はホテルから歩いて数分の場所にある提携駐車場を利用します。通常なら1泊2日で6,000円以上かかるところ、フロントでいただける割引券を使用することで、なんと「1,800円」で駐車できました。西新宿という一等地で、この駐車料金の安さは本当にありがたかったです。また、朝食（モーニング）もこの宿泊価格帯のホテルとしては非常にクオリティが高く、かなり上位に入る内容だと思います。新宿近辺で車を利用する際は、間違いなくリピートさせていただきたいと思える素晴らしいホテルでした。"
