"Just one concern, this establishment stopped providing drinking water (bottles/ dispensers). Earlier they used to provide two water bottles per day. Now they sell them at the reception"

"We stayed overnight because of a rescheduled flight. Staff were wonderful and the hotel was amazing. Unfortunately the check in didn’t go smoothly since neither my two credit cards or my wife’s two credit cards were accepted by their system showing “ declined “. After a 20-30 minute delay and retrying they worked which seems indicative of a temporary system failure. This was frustrating after a lengthy flight from Europe. "Heat, toilet and tub were unusable. Homeless people all around and camped in the back parking lot where people who smoke are supposed to go. Scary for them. Staff and management were very friendly and fixed it by issuing a $25 Amazon card which is what I paid for my six pound dog."

"The property is good, not five star, but clean, quiet during the week days. We stayed on a weekend and the guests on our floor partying, we finally phoned down to the front desk, and it was handled immediately. It is an older hotel, but staff are great, and rates are good for what you get."
