Helaas waren er ook een paar minpunten waardoor het geen topverblijf was:
- Het schoonmaken en onderhoud kan iets beter in de kamer. Jammer voor een bijna nieuw hotel.
- Aan de tv heb je niets. Het leek eerst of je veel keuze had, maar uiteindelijk heb je 5 zenders.
- Veel gerechten in het ontbijt waren lauw of koud bij ontbijt en diner.
- Niet elke kamer had handdoeken.
- ondanks dat je niet mocht roken, was er toch...

Referred to as "Dieng" by Indonesians, it sits at 2,000 metres (6,600 ft) above sea level, far from major population centres.
