"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...

"Great location & staff were so helpful & pleasant. The breakfast buffet was amazing & bed was comfortable. So all in all it is a wonderful spot to stay. We walked from the train station to the hotel with larger pieces of luggage (about 15-20 minutes) so that is do-able Definitely would recommend & stay again if in the area (stayed for 3 nights)"

"Wirklich super Unterkunft! Süß Eingerichtet, tolle blicke auf die Berge - daher sehr empfehlenswert ein Apartment mit Balkon anzumieten ;) Schnelle Rückmeldungen und tolle Gastgeber! Wir werden hier definitiv des öfteren Gäste der super Unterkunft werden! Alles was man braucht in der Küche ist vorhanden, es war wirklich sehr sehr sauber! "Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"Clean , modern, equipped with all essential things for stay ,easy access to property and back to main road. Quiet peacefull place opposite mountain. The washing machine will be one more big star for this property. (Not essential option for short stay). You will see that been done big job for guest's comfort. 5 star. Recomended."
