"The Kelowna property on Powick had nice rooms and good amenities and the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of hot entees and healthy options to choose from. However it was the staff that made the stay exceptional. Mickey at the breakfast buffet was helpful and friendly to everyone, and Arsh at the front desk was also very friendly and accommodating especially considering the pressure they were under on such a busy tournament weekend with a hotel full of young volleyball players."

"The staff were absolutely phenomenal, I came here to celebrate my anniversary and the staff went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect, upon entering our room we were welcomed with a charcuterie board and the most delicious chocolate covered strawberries. The room was extremely clean and smelled so nice inside. As a long time prestige hotel guest they never fail to give the best experience possible during your stay. "
