"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Only downside being surprized with a £5 a day parking fee! Wasn't mentioned when booking!"

"This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and will do again if we return to Keswick. The bedrooms are a great size, breakfast is delicious and the staff cannot do enough to look after you from arrival to departure. The communal living room with boardgames and free cake is a lovey touch. Parking is on the property. "

"Arrived late for a overnight stay after a holiday away was checked in quickly and efficiently by night porter id phoned ahead to tell them I’d be arriving after midnight room was fine bed really comfortable"

"Rooms were comfortable. Good beds and duvets. Wonderful view! Staff were very approachable and pleasant. The breakfasts were good apart from the last day when no hot breakfasts available. We enjoyed a very nice evening meal but were disappointed there was no hot drinks available afterwards. Not easy to park for larger vehicles."

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Amthweight Hall, the accommodation was excellent, as was the staff, they couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was 10 out of 10, and again, very helpful, as my wife wanted her coffee a paticular temperature, and strength, they bent over backwards to make her perfect cup of coffee !! The grounds and the building, are kept immaculate. The Spa facilities, again 10 out of 10, gym, sauna, steam room, plunge pool, swimming pool and outside hot pool, plenty of loungers. Looking forward to our next stay. "
