"My wife and I spent one night at this hotel, as part of a leisure trip. We found the hotel to be very clean. There was a functional kitchen area in our room.
There was ample parking, and someone walked the lot at night for security purposes. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
This hotel is a seven minute drive from the Wilmington Amtrak station. We will stay here again when we are in that area.
The general area, in which the hotel is located, is in the process of being redeveloped and gentrified. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but morning coffee is available and free in the lobby. We did not see any nearby place to buy breakfast. I would suggest that the hotel offer danish, juice, donuts, yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal/cereal &milk be made available, if guests desire, for a small add'l upcharge. This would help families with kids, and adult guests in a hurry."
