Fantastic experience

Very good hotel with very good service. Staff knows what they are doing and well trained, especially Viktoria is very professional and adding value to the hotel. Food was also delicious.

I got this for my parents as a gift, the stay was good and they allowed them to check in earlier but they got one bed instead of the one bed and sofa as booked online. Victoria was great and organized a special dinner for them which was super sweet!

Lovely place to stay for a short break. Plenty of loungers for sunbathing at the beach and pool. Only downside labelling of food at the buffet only two meals in 4 days were labelled and as someone with allergies this isn’t great, having said that the food was good quality and plenty of option. Excellent treatments in the spa also! Worth a visit

We arrived at the Rose Garden Premier Hotel on the 29th of May and left on the 3rd of june. Our stay has been amazing and the staff and personnel were wonderful, we will surely come back again this year if I come back to Antalya, and hopefully stay longer. An amazing hotel choice in Beldibi

Everything was perfect. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, quality and variety of the food, politeness and professionalism of the staff. Pool and private beach were also spectacular. I specifically would like to add that the hotel is very lucky to have an employee like Viktoria who has been amazing. She is simply everywhere... she is an animator, she is a sport coach, she helps the barmen when he is busy, she does customer service job and ask guests constantly if we have any concern, and she always do all these works with a smile on her face. This is exactly the service people want during their holidays. Special thanks to Viktoria and also rest of the hotel staff for making our holiday perfect and wanting us to come back again next year.

It’s definitely not a four-star hotel; it’s more like a three-star. We were given a room that was extremely dirty, and there was mold in it. Additionally, the hotel is situated between two very busy hotels, and the music from both was so loud that we couldn’t sleep even one night.

the hotel is after renovation, everything is clean, all the staff is trying very hard. but this hotel has 2 big minuses: 1. In the restaurant 50% of the food is always cold, the pasta is always cold. And often even the soup is cold. A very big minus to the chef!!!! 2. very poor soundproofing. and also very tight hinges in the doors, so all the doors slam very loudly. while you sleep, you will hear every time your neighbors leave the room and you will wake up. and also music from the neighboring hotel, because of which it is impossible to sleep, it screams from 10 am to 12 am every day. windows do not help.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt angenehm. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und der Service freundlich. Allerdings war der Badbereich hinsichtlich der Hygiene verbesserungswürdig und wirkte stellenweise sanierungsbedürftig. Mit etwas mehr Pflege und einer kleinen Renovierung wäre der Gesamteindruck deutlich besser.

Das Hotel liegt in Beldibi. Eine gute halbe Stunde von Antalya entfernt. Wir haben zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht. Unsere Unzufriedenheit mit einem der Zimmer wurde ohne Probleme behoben und wir haben ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Die Verpflegung war völlig ausreichend. Frühstücksbuffet mit Salaten, Wurst, Käse, frischen Omlette, Pancakes und vielem mehr. Mittagsbuffet wird reichlich angeboten ebenso ein abendliches Buffet. Manchmal fehlt es etwas an Abwechslung. Von 10:00 - 16:00 Uhr ist am Strand immer eine Snackbar geöffnet mit leckeren Burgern, Salat, Pizza, Pita…! Direkt daneben gibt es eine Beachbar mit diversen alkoholfreien und alkoholischen Getränken. Der Strand und der Steg sind mit Liegen ausgestattet, Handtücher bekommt man täglich frisch im Wellnessbereich. Auch eine Massage wurde getestet. (sehr zu empfehlen) Der kleine Poolbereich war sehr ansprechend. Ein Kickertisch, Tischtennis oder Dart sind vor Ort vorhanden gegen die Langeweile. Sehr niedlich fanden wir im Eingangsbereich des Hotels das kleine Café zum verweilen. Auch viele kleine Ecken zum entspannen. Entgegen einiger Bewertungen auch auf anderen Portalen, fanden wir das Abendprogramm sehr ansprechend. (auch für jüngeres Publikum) Ein Mix aus DJ o. Livemusik mit leckeren Cocktails. Mit dem Personal waren wir größtenteils zufrieden. Relativ wenig Gäste aus Deutschland.

Idylle mit toller Badeplattform und super SPA

Wir können das Rose Garden Premium Hotel in Beldibi bei Kemer absolut empfehlen. Vorweg: es handelt sich nicht um einen großen, modernen Kasten mit allen erdenklichen Features. Dafür findet man eine familiäre, liebevolle Atmosphäre vor. Von der Straße aus gesehen unscheinbar, betritt man das Hotelgelände über einen kleinen Weg durch einen wunderbaren grünen Garten. Diese Atmosphäre erstreckt sich das ganze Hotelgelände hindurch bis zum hoteleigenen Strand. Dieser Garten ist wahrlich eine Idylle. Besonders gefallen hat mir und uns: a) die Lage zwischen Gebirge und einem wunderbaren blauen Meer, b) die Tatsache, dass es sich nicht um einen Sandstrand, sondern um einen Kiesstrand mit großzügiger Badeplattform handelt, von der man direkt ins Wasser springen kann, c) die hohe Qualität des Essens (auch der Burger und Döner an der snackbar sind absolut top ) und d) die Freundlichkeit des Personals z.B. an den Bars und besonders in der Patisserie und im Spa-Bereich. Die beiden Damen im Spa-Bereich sind absolut nett und haben mir eine Behandlung aus Hamam/Peeling und Massage zu einem wunderbaren Preis angeboten. Meine Mädels (und ich auch) waren von den Katzen auf dem Gelände begeistert. Unserer Wahrnehmung nach waren wir möglicherweise die einzigen Westeuropäer in dem Hotel, was ich ganz erfrischend fand. Im Modell waren viele sehr freundlich wirkende Russen, wir hatten auch kurz Kontakt mit einer sehr netten russischen Reiseleiterin.

Çalışanlar ilgili güleryüzlüydü. Oda temiz ve yeniydi. Sadece barda kullanılan bardaklar temiz olmasına rağmen makineden kaynaklı ya da eskimesinden dolayı kirli gibi gözüküyordu. Restaurant akşam yemekleri güzel olmasına biraz yağlı geldi. Tavsiye ederim.
