"Odalar konforlu ve temizdi. Biz belirtmediğimiz halde kapsamlı bir temizlik günlük olarak yapıldı. Sadece şofben de ufak bir arıza yaşandı. Onu da sağolsun görevli gelip baktı hemen servisi çağırdı bir iki saat içinde onarımı gerçekleştirildi. Hacer Hanım'a ilgi alakası için çok teşekkür ederiz. Aile işletmesi o kadar sıcak ve samimi bir ortam kurmuşlar ki bir daha gitmek istersiniz. Tebrik ve teşekkür ederiz. Emeğinize yüreğinize sağlık. "Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢
