I requested it when i arrived and paid, i requested it when I checked out and I also called afterwards and left a message for the person who is in the accounting office and no return call. This has now been over a month. I wont be returning and I wont be booking off Hotels.com because they say you need to provide the receipt"

It made a huge impact on me and my family. We will probably not stay there again. Which is sad. Because it is a brand new hotel and we were really looking forward to it."
