"We had to switch rooms because our first one was not what we expected through our booking. Once we got another room, with help from the staff who were doing their best, the room was okay for the price."

"Lovely staff, clean facility…but it was a sauna in our room and the hot air was blowing no matter how low you set the air temperature."

"The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. "
