"The room was very clean and the hotel was ideally placed for local shops and Earls Court tube. We could also walk to the museums in Kensington.
After a slightly frosty reception when we arrived a bit early, the staff very nice and arranged to get some oat milk as breakfast is not vegan friendly, but we had not requested this in advance, so unfair to expect differently. "

"Location alone would give the hotel high marks, but the lobby, check in, and room exuded class and elegance. The lobby bar was very nice (Sami was very charming and friendly), but I cannot comment on the restaurant other than to say it must be good as it seemed to be busy.
Being two minutes away from the Gloucester Road station was so convenient as it was only a matter of minutes to any of the attractions.
I will definitely be returning next time I come to London."
