We were told our room key was in a box, later we find out that that box had been broken for months! The phone numbers given to us were all out of order or fake. We got tossed around from person to person telling us none of them are the property managers. We called Expedia to only be told “that sucks” and got hung up on when we asked for a supervisor. at 2am we were left out on the streets of...

"Really helpful staff. Good location close to the Carmel market, shops and beach. Bit noisy during night (from near street, pub and also from air conditioning). Reasonable price. I would definetely recommend Geula Suites."
