"BEWARE! Do not stay here tourists! I found insects crawling on my bed. There were toe nails on the floor! I found blood on the sheets. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is also rude, especially the guy who wears glasses and has no hair. Told him my ac wasn’t working and he came and started shouting at me. Worst stay ever! "

"The staff is nice and the hotel rooms are pretty spacious with all the essentials provided. Yet there's not much point in that because hot water kept quitting. First, they had a water heater issue for 2 days and cold water came out of both taps. Then they fixed it for a day and then the water stopped entirely. Very poor maintenance of the property. "Arrival was a bit difficult, as the staff does not speak English very well, and we had a small problem with our reservation of the room + reservation of a motorbike. The boss however was very easy and commercial, nice man. Nice place to stay when you are looking for something not too close to the beaches of Kuta or Sanur."
