"The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air...

"This hotel is quite new. The staffs said that it's just started operating since New Year Eve 2016. This hotel is quite cheap, not really in a nice area because the location is in small street where you can't park a car. However they still have parking area for motorbike. But it's still close to seminyak, umalas, etc. Another nice thing you can find around the hotel is some indonesian warung that sell really cheap food. "Not much to with walking distance"

"The hotel was ok. Pool was dirty and the restaurant was bad. They didn’t have anything, even coffee? No breakfast like they advertise. We had to walk around for breakfast and there was literally nothing around. "

"The villa is cozy and quite. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I am abit disappointed because of the dirty bed linen. There are yellow patches on the linen and matress protector. The protector is so dirty like didn't change n wash for long time. Their services is really good, i call the reception and they change for us without a single words."
