"Miscommunication. Relied on their website post. The lady when we checked in didn’t informed me of extra charges regarding the breakfast that will be served in the pool. Told them about the broken bathroom door. He said it will be fixed but it was never fixed. Bathroom is not cleaned properly."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Rishi Villa. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in on us, especially since it was my daughter's and my first visit to Bali. There was always someone available to help. The location is convenient, with a supermarket just a minute's walk away and small shops around the corner. "While the room is great, the service and communication is terrible. I had workers doing maintenance right outside my door at 4am and unfortunately there is no peephole so I had to get dressed to open the door and check what was going on. The ladder was right up against the door, hence all the noise. The maintenance staff were very apologetic but the hotel itself couldn’t have cared less. There are also no breakfast or coffee facilities in the morning. Overall there are better places to stay."
