Spoke to a lady named Jessica. She is was very kind and considerate and allowed early check in my father. He had flown in a long trip from England, very tired and is elderly. I felt reassured all the way in England that my dad would be taken care of. The room was prepared by housekeeping earlier than expected and it jsut made his day as he could sleep and rest after a difficult and very long journey of air travel and several flights! Thank you for your understanding and accommodating. Willl...

My go to place for many years. Thank you everyone for the good service ❤️

Staff were very welcoming. Room was lovely and very spacious. Hotel bar was a great space for catching up with friends.

Lakeside King room was comfortable and had a nice view. Steps leading to 2nd floor were not lit and are dangerous. Restaurant apparently cannot handle more then 3 orders at a time, as this was the reason given for the delay in our meal, which in the end was flavourless and contained the wrong items. We were comped for that. Overall the service was alright, not spectacular but not rude, except for 1 staff. Place is dated, no beach, but easy water access and beautiful view. I would only...

Property is nice and clean with lovely bedrooms. The only downside is limited breakfast options especially if you have any dietary requirements such as vegan/gluten free etc. This hotel only recently opened so it may change in the future. you also get a fridge/microwave in your room, so bringing your own food is possible. Local supermarkets and restaurants also offer a vareity of foods, so it was workable.

The hotel and my room was fine. All the staff - especially the lady running the breakfast room - were very professional, helpful and friendly. The only reason for the slight down vote on cleanliness arises because the bathroom is very tired with a chipped bath, some mildew on the caulking and a hanging out of the wall shower head. Other than that the whole experience was fine with one glaring exception and that concerns the obsession with plastic cutlery - you cannot eat bacon with a plastic...

Wonderful experience. We stayed as a family for four nights and we were so impressed. The rooms were very clean, huge and well equipped with a kitchenette and comfy sofa. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies preparing the breakfast buffet. They worked so hard to clean the tables, and restock the breakfast items and hot drinks. Our kids loved being able to have a hot Chocolate in the lobby at nighttime as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice friendly, helpful staff. Good size clean rooms. A nice indoor pool. The pool room was nice and warm however water was cold when first getting. Especially after using hot tub. Located about 45 minutes from Toronto airport, in easy commute to main Toronto attractions however the main 400 and 404 do get very busy at rush hour. Plenty of fast food outlets, coffee shops and some really nice restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes drive.

Good to have breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful.

First night arrived in Canada. Wanted a slick check-in and nice room and that’s exactly what we got.

Clean and nice. Ac was loud though.
