All pools and beaches should have same chair reservation rules. Seaside we could not get a seat due to people saving seats in the am not using them until after Lunchtime. Also, Sunset Bar by the pier wasn’t staffed or open. Beds were not comfortable for a premium resort. Replacement of the mattresses ...

Great property, great amenities, including the pool and the gym. Love being right across the street from the beach. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Loved having Shuttle Service for drop off and pick up to Duval Street.

Room was unique with tile floors but necessary with the beach right out front! Everyone we met was amazing and so kind! Will be staying again! The tortoises were a nice bonus!
